Northeastern Universities Purchasing Consortium Ltd (NEUPC) is a Higher Education purchasing consortium providing Frameworks to deliver, manage and maximise third-party expenditure within the higher education and wider public sector. Part of UK Universities Procurement Consortia (UKUPC), a body dedicated to improving the quality of procurement and the level of collaborative procurement across the HE sectors.

NEUPC provides a wide range of services such as Catering, FM, Furniture including Construction Works to HE and public sector customers of which Building Refurbishment Framework is a important part.

Significantly they are a non-profit-making operation with the sole aim of maximising university resources and that of the wider public sector
