Commonly used across public and private sector organisations as a UK wide Framework we can be included within mini-competition (Direct Award in not allowed) cutting timescales, streamlines the process and simplifies tendering for clients and suppliers.
We operate across the whole of UK under this Framework for projects up to £3m.
Aimed for mid-sized construction projects through use of local contractors for projects from £50k up to £10m. Geographically split into shires across the whole of UK.

Projects delivered through this framework is focused on decarbonising existing domestic and non-domestic estates (education, commercial, leisure), in whatever form this may be, by reducing operational carbon emissions and improving energy performance.
